IMPORTANT CORONAVIRUS UPDATE

We are very grateful for your continued support and understanding during this difficult time.

To protect our patients and staff we are restricting face to face access in the practice to only essential consultations to prevent the spread of coronavirus.

If you or any members of your household are experiencing any coronavirus like symptoms, please follow NHS England guidance and self-isolate for 14 days.

*** DO NOT COME TO THE SURGERY ***

No appointments will be booked by the reception team with a GP, nurse practitioner or acute care practitioner so please do not turn up at the surgery, as you will be turned away and asked to telephone instead.

When the clinician calls you if they feel you must be seen in person to be examined they will book you an appointment to come to the surgery.

You can drop off prescription requests into our post box outside or order online, via the website prescription screen or by email.

Prescriptions will be sent electronically to your nominated pharmacy. If you have not nominated a pharmacy please do so as soon as possible. If you do not nominate a pharmacy your prescription will be sent electronically to Lloyds pharmacy next door for you to collect.

You can access information about Coronavirus by ringing 111 or online.

Please do bear in mind that we are also worried and we are risking our own health and our families’ health by still working so that you can get what you need.

Thank you to all our patients for their patience and politeness during this difficult time.

We appreciate that change is difficult and we ask all patients to follow the government guidelines and not to come to the surgery unless asked to by the GP for an essential appointment.

Any form of verbal or physical abuse towards any of our staff will be dealt with severely.

Thank you all for your co-operation.
